Features for Three-layer Geomembrane Line:
1. By use of special extruders and high efficient screws, plasticizing capacity is enhanced and output is improved. With the whole unit removable, it is convenient to be adjusted.
2. A special spiral screw head for double-layer composition is adopted, as can make the line capable of producing both geomembrane and greenhouse film.
3. A cylindrical strainer is adopted, as can enlarge interval for screen shifting.
4. IBC internal cooling system and dual wind air ring is adopted through importation. So the cooling air is convenient to be controlled and cooling effect is improved.
5. Variable frequency motor control and pneumatic clamping unit are adopted for traction, so the traction and coiler can be controlled synchronically.
6. The coiler adopts updated geomembrane coiler.
7. The unfolding shelf adopts multi-position and adjustable style, with the appearance quality ensured.
8. The energy consumption for the line can be lowered by 10% to 25% compared with the same suppliers at home.
