Die mounted cam unit is applicable for the lower mold with large space, high stamping efficiency and precision occasions，with JD E-Tools design auxiliary software , it could directly insert 3D model to improve the efficiency of mold design significantly . First in the processing of parts, especially for the three main parts, we use high rigidity Horizontal Machining Centre to ensure the accuracy of the dimensions. To achieve the best state, the assembly of all parts would be adjusted by hand for many times, also the matching surface would be inspected by color method continuously until the fitting degree of the surface is up to the standard. For the newly developed specifications, before mass production, we would do more than 1 million shots stamping tests, check and record the test data for many times, and then keep adjusting the dimension of the parts according to the test data until the quality is up to the standard. Additionally, each set of cam unit will be marked with its own identification. We have made detailed records in our barcode system, which will provide the basis for the future tracking. Of course, prior to warehousing, all of cam units need to be made by strict quality inspection, and cam unit will be released only after passing through the test.
