The sawmill, which has a production capacity of 90,000m3 of softwood lumber per annum, consists of a used circular saw line acquired from Swedish AriVislanda, including roundwood and lumber sorting, which Norwood took over from Norwegian sawmill company Alvdal Skurlag in mid-2011. In a second expansion phase drying chambers are to be set up. Up to 80% - 90% of capacity is to be used for cutting spruce, with the remaining 10% - 20% consisting of pine.
