Before establishing her consultancy, Penny Breslin held senior consultant and directorial positions at a number of leading companies, including Xpitax, Indevia, Primacea Inc. and Coaxis International. Over the course of her professional career, she has consulted for international companies whose assets range from $500K to as much as $20 million.
Nearly four years ago, Ms. Breslin became a business process consultant for MoneyPenny LLC, drawing on a keen knowledge and understanding of the underlying human element that often drives business owners to make decisions that are not entirely beneficial to the future success of their company. Familiar with the challenges that business owners face, Ms. Breslin approaches each consulting opportunity with an open mind and a genuine sense of care for her client and their business, a quality which she feels has been integral to her own success.
In addition to excelling in her duties as a consultant, Ms. Breslin oversees all back office processes for her company, including pre-outsourcing standardization and evaluation, software and database management and human resources management. Skilled at managing data and numbers, she controls accounting and budgeting plans and assessing processes on a regular basis to ensure everything is running smoothly.
